    Par ailleurs, M. Morjane a mis l'accent mardi sur la nécessité d'une stratégie pour pallier aux attaques perpétrées par les groupes armés, notamment dans la région de Kivu, à l'est, afin de garantir le respect du cessez-le-feu dans l'ensemble du territoire.

    "La RDC, le Rwanda et l'Ouganda doivent oeuvrer ensemble en vue de répondre aux préoccupations relatives à la sécurité, exprimées par les gouvernements de Kigali et de Kampala, tout en respectant l'intégrité territoriale de la RDC", a-t-il déclaré devant le Conseil de sécurité.
