La crise migratoire qui préoccupe l’Europe depuis six mois a révélé à quel point l’un des plus riches continents du monde n’était pas prêt à faire face aux conséquences du changement climatique, qui privera des populations de leurs moyens de subsistance, multipliera les catastrophes météorologiques et aggravera de nombreux problèmes socio-économiques sources de conflits.
