Des soldats condamnés à 15 et 20 ans de prison pour viol et meurtre

Un tribunal militaire à Kigali a condamné deux soldats à 15 et à 20 ans de prison pour le viol et le meurtre d'un civil, a rapporté lundi l'agence de presse rwandaise. Le lieutenant colonel Rwahama, le juge qui présidait le tribunal a indiqué aux soldats Alex Bugingo et Onesphore, de la 211ème brigade de l'armée, que leur sentence avait valeur de dissuasion pour d'autres qui envisageraient de commettre des crimes semblables. M. Rwahama a averti que les nouvelles transgressions de la loi seront traitées avec des sanctions plus sévères.
