Les observateurs de l'ONU auront accès aux rebelles rwandais

    Au cours d'une conférence de presse lundi à Kigali, le Secrétaire général de l'ONU a déclaré que les observateurs de l'ONU auraient accès aux rebelles rwandais, ce qui permetttrait de déterminer leur identité et la liste des individus qui souhaitaient revenir au Rwanda. " C'est un pas dans la bonne direction. Le climat est bien meilleur mais il reste encore une multitude de tâches difficiles à effectuer et nous devons persévérer, " a indiqué M. Annan. M. Annan est arrivé mardi à Nairobi au Kenya après sa visite au Rwanda. A Nairobi, il a rencontré le président Daniel arap Moi. De Nairobi, il s'est ensuite envolé pour la Suède où il prononcera jeudi un discours à
    l'université d'Uppsala.
