Le sommet d'Arusha ne change rien, affirme les FDD

    Le porte-parole du CNDD-FDD rebelle, Jérôme Ndiho a indiqué que les décisions d'Arusha "ne changeraient rien". Dans une entrevue avec l'agence de presse Hirondelle, il a souligné que la nomination du président Pierre Buyoya à la tête des premiers 18 mois de la période de transition n'était rien d'autre qu'un "changement cosmétique". Il a rappelé qu'aucun défi n'a été posé à M. Buyoya durant les négociations de paix d'Arusha. Les véritables négociations, a-t-il déclaré, sont celles qui interviennent actuellement à Libreville, au Gabon, entre les rebelles et le gouvernement. Ces concertations représentent un "équilibre des forces", a-t-il insisté. Un "réel gouvernement de transition" ne pourra entrer en vigueur que lorsqu'un accord de cessez-le-feu aura été conclu, a-t-il ajouté.
