L’initiative de l’Union européenne (UE) visant à enregistrer et à relever les empreintes digitales de tous les migrants et réfugiés arrivant en Italie et en Grèce provoque le chaos. Sur l’île de Lesbos en particulier, le nouveau système retarde davantage l’enregistrement des nouveaux arrivants, et des milliers de personnes attendent en plein air depuis plusieurs jours.
