Bukavu accueillera le 'dialogue inter-Kivu' du 22 au 25 septembre

Le gouverneur de la province du Sud-Kivu à l'est de la RDC, Norbert Bashengezi Katintima, a annoncé que le dialogue inter-Kivu se déroulerait du 22 au 25 septembre dans la ville de Bukavu, a informé mardi la station de radio RTNC, sous contrôle rebelle.

Le dialogue inter-Kivu est une initiative du Rassemblement congolais pour la démocratie (RCD-Goma), un mouvement opposé au gouvernement et soutenu par les Rwandais. Le RCD-Goma souhaite la tenue de négociations entre les diverses parties du Nord et Sud Kivu, en vue de se préparer au dialogue national intercongolais qui doit s'ouvrir le 15 octobre à Addis Abeba en Ethiopie. Les
organisations de la société civile ont menacé de boycotter la réunion.
