: Le gouvernement s'apprête à louer une base militaire à la MONUC

Suite à des mois de négociations, le gouvernement de la République d'Afrique centrale (RCA) et la mission de l'ONU en RDC (MONUC) sont parvenus à un accord qui permettra à la MONUC d'utiliser l'ancienne base militaire de M'poko, située près de la capitale centrafricaine de Bangui, qui deviendra une base logisitique pour ses opérations menées au nord de la RDC, a confirmé vendredi auprès d'IRIN une source de l'ONU. La question du montant du bail avait empêché la conclusion d'un accord. Les deux parties seraient finalement convenues d'un bail d'un montant de 500 000 dollars par mois.
