"Nous avons vu le ministre des affaires étrangères de la RDC, Leonard She Okitundu, et le président du RCD-Goma, Adolphe Onusumba parler avec tout le monde. Nous avons vu les ministres de Kinshasa saluer chaleureusement les responsables du Front pour la libération du Congo [FLC] de Jean-Pierre Bemba, venus de Goma et Gbadolite. Par conséquent nous ressentons fortement une volonté très claire de se réconcilier. Quelque chose se prépare, quelque chose va de l'avant mais nous ne savons pas encore quoi exactement."
