    NAIROBI
    La Secrétaire d'Etat britannique pour le développement international, Clare
    Short, a entamé lundi une tournée de la région des Grands Lacs, a annoncé
    la BBC. L'objectif de sa mission consistera à consolider et à promouvoir les
    progrès du processus de paix accomplis en RDC et à constater les effets
    désastreux de la guerre. Mme Short rencontrera les présidents de la RDC, de
    l'Ouganda et du Rwanda.
