Le PNUD et une compagnie chimique font équipe pour lutter contre la pauvreté

    ABIDJAN
    Une compagnie chimique sénégalaise, Industries Chimiques du Sénégal (ICS), ont fait équipe avec le bureau du Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement (PNUD) au Sénégal en vue de lancer un programme de lutte contre la pauvreté. Dans le cadre de l'accord, ICS offrira des prêts aux entrepreneurs des petites entreprises, notamment aux femmes et aux jeunes, de même qu'elle proposera des contrats de sous-traitance à d'autres, a rapporté vendredi le site du PNUD en ligne. La compagnie aidera également le PNUD à fournir une formation à des petites entreprises choisies. Le programme, qui sera exécuté dans des faubourgs de Dakar, la capitale, va percevoir de ICS 240 000 dollars annuels, a précisé le PNUD.
