65 combattants rwandais hutus ont été rapatriés mardi dernier

    KINSHASA
    65 ex-combattants rwandais hutus ont été rapatriés mardi dernier au Rwanda dans le cadre du programme DDRRR - Démobilisation, Démilitarisation, Rapatriement, Réinsertion et Réinstallation- des groupes armés, a déclaré ce mercredi à la presse Hamadoun Touré, porte-parole de la MONUC, la mission des Nations Unies en République démocratique du Congo (RDC).

    Les 65 hommes avaient été cantonnés près de Bukavu, dans la province du sud-Kivu, à l'est du pays.

    Ce rapatriement porte le nombre de combattants rapatriés par la MONUC dans le cadre de DDRRR à 3.100. La veille une soixantaine d'anciens combatants avaient été rapatriés alors qu'une centaine d'autres sont en attente de l'être.
