Le gouvernement s'évertue à commencer l'année scolaire lundi

    NAIROBI
    Le gouvernement de la République centrafricaine (RCA) a commencé à payer les arriérés de salaires des fonctionnaires publics dans le but de s'assurer que les enseignants iront dans les salles de classe lundi pour la nouvelle rentrée scolaire, a rapporté l'AFP jeudi. Les soldats ont commencé à percevoir leurs émoluments mardi, suivis durant la semaine par d'autres fonctionnaires publics. L'AFP a aussi informé que les retards dans les paiements des salaires avaient souvent conduit à une tension sociale. Durant les dix dernières scolaires, la rentrée scolaire avait souvent été retardée de trois mois, a rappelé l'agence de presse.
