Le tribunal empêche NBC de fermer une radio et télévision privée

Une haute cour fédérale dans la capitale nigériane, Abuja, a contraint NBC à ne pas fermer une station de radio et de télévision privée dans le pays pour le non paiement d'une taxe de 2,5% sur les émetteurs, a indiqué le journal "Vanguard" du Nigeria. La cour a ajourné au 28 septembre une nouvelle audience sur la question. Dans une autre affaire séparée, la cour a aussi contraint NBC à retirer le consentement qu'elle avait donné à Daar Communication (un opérateur de radio et de télévision) pour diffuser à l'intérieur du Nigeria et mondialement.
