Cinq fermiers auraient été tués par des rebelles dans le nord-ouest

    NAIROBI
    Des forces antigouvernementales ont tué jeudi cinq cultivateurs de riz dans la province de Bubanza, au nord-ouest du Burundi, a annoncé la Radio Publique Africaine du Burundi. Selon des sources administratives anonymes, la radio a rapporté que les rebelles avaient d'abord exigé que chacun des fermiers paye 10 000 francs s'ils voulaient continuer leur travail. Mercredi, en fin de journée, d'autres bandits armés ont cambriolé 10 habitations dans deux autres endroits de la même province, dont un près du fleuve Gitenge.
