Réinstallation de quatre mille famille sans abris

Quelque 4000 familles sans abris ont bénéficié de terres dans les quatre districts de Mutura, Kayove, Kanama et Gasinga, dans la province de Gisenyi, au nord-ouest du Rwanda, a rapporté en fin de semaine la radio rwandaise. Ce groupe constitue la première phase de réinstallation de milliers de citoyens des régions de Kijote, Arusha et Chambara. Un responsable proche du ministère des terres, de la réinstallation et de la protection de l'environnement, Casian Ngaboizonga, aurait indiqué que trois hectares de terres ont été préparés pour la réinstallation de 12,000 familles sans abris. Ces familles sans abris sont principalement celles évacuées des propriétés d'autres habitants.
