SLA suspects arrested

    NAIROBI

    The UN Mission in Sierra Leone (UNAMSIL) reported at a media briefing that five suspected ex-Sierra Leone Army (ex-SLA) soldiers and five civilians were arrested by UN peacekeepers on Sunday during a cordon-and-search patrol in eastern Freetown. They have since been handed over to the police.
