دليل السياسات لمواجهة ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية

    عدم فرض قيود على التصدير، والتحقق من قوائم جرد المواد الغذائية، ووضع خريطة للفقر... هذه هي بعض من النصائح التي تقدمها منظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة (الفاو) في دليلها الجديد عن كيفية للتعامل مع ارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية.

    وقد انتهى عام2010 بارتفاع أسعار المواد الغذائية إلى أعلى مستوياتها منذ عام 2008 عندما وقع العالم في قبضة أزمة فجرتها أسعار الحبوب الأساسية المرتفعة للغاية. ولا تزال هذه الأسعار مرتفعة إلى الآن.

    وقالت الفاو أنه لا يوجد حل يناسب جميع المشكلات. فكل دولة لديها نفس فرص النجاح إذا تم تطبيق مزيج السياسات والإجراءات المبرمجة تكيفاً مع الظروف المحلية وتمت الموافقة عليه من قبل أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
