أفغانستان: إلغاء تصاريح 172 منظمة غير حكومية

    ألغت السلطات الأفغانية تراخيص التشغيل الخاصة بـ152 منظمة غير حكومية محلية و20 منظمة غير حكومية دولية بتهمة عدم الوفاء بالتزاماتها بتقديم تقارير دورية للحكومة.

    وأخبر صادق عمرخيل، الناطق باسم وزارة الاقتصاد، شبكة الأنباء الإنسانية (إيرين) أن جميع المنظمات غير الحكومية ملزمة بتقديم تقرير عن أنشطتها لوزارة الاقتصاد كل ستة أشهر ولكن هذه المنظمات لم تقدم أية تقارير لمدة سنتين تقريباً، وبالتالي فقد تم إلغاء تراخيص عملها". وأضاف أن للمنظمات غير الحكومية الحق في الاستئناف.

    ومن بين المنظمات غير الحكومية الدولية العشرين التي تم إلغاء تصاريحها منظمة إنقاذ الطفولة اليابان ومنظمة الإغاثة الأفغانية للطفولة والرابطة الدولية للمستوصفات ومنظمة ساماريتانز بورس للإغاثة الدولية.

    ويوجد حالياً أكثر من 1,200 منظمة غير حكومية محلية و301 منظمة غير حكومية دولية مسجلة في البلاد، حسب بيان صحفي صادر عن وزارة الاقتصاد.

    ويخضع الرئيس الأفغاني حامد كرزاي للكثير من الضغوط من أجل التصدي للفساد في حكومته ولكن المسؤولين يشيرون أيضاً بأصابع الاتهام إلى الشركات الأجنبية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية الدولية.
