Ferdinand Nahimana, former director of the extremist Radio Television libre des mille collines (RTLM), has called for "specific charges" to be levelled against him at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania. The Hirondelle news agency quoted his lawyer as saying Nahimana had been detained for three years "without knowing exactly what
he is accused of". The lawyer said the charges against Nahimana had been amended three times and had become "vaguer".
