Cooperation accord signed

    ABIDJAN

    Angola and South Africa signed an accord on Monday to create a bilateral commission charged with conducting technical studies on scientific, economic and commercial cooperation between the two nations, AFP reported. The accord came at the end of a three-day visit by South African Foreign Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma. The two countries also said they favoured a “negotiated solution” to the war in the Democratic Republic of Congo, in a joint statement issued after the visit.
