Germany hands over children's clinic

Germany’s Ministry of Defence has finished building a US $17,000 children's clinic in Dar es Salaam for the Tanzania People's Defence Forces, state-owned radio reported. Radio Tanzania reported that German Deputy Defence Minister Walter Koelbel handed over the building on Saturday to his Tanzanian counterpart, Philemon Sarungi. The radio reported that Koelbel was in the country on a two-day visit, at Sarungi's invitation.
