Severe floods kill at least 20

    JOHANNESBURG
    Severe floods in southern Angola have killed at least 20 people and left thousands homeless, news reports said on Monday. The rains have devastated infrastructure in Namibe province and neighbouring provinces, washing away roads and damaging power and drinking water supplies. Reports said the floods had disrupted the lives of 400,000 people in the mostly rural area known for cattle-breeding.
