Mugabe calls for land grab in Namibia

Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe has urged landless Namibians to follow his country’s example and forcibly reclaim their land if white farmers refuse to share it, news reports said on Friday.

Addressing an Africa Day rally with his counterpart, President Sam Nujoma in the northern Namibian town of Ondangwa, Mugabe reportedly said: “If other neighbouring countries have problems similar to the one we have encountered, why not apply the same solution as Zimbabwe? It is a simple solution.”
