جماعات دارفور تستخف بحظر السلاح

    تستمر الجماعات المسلحة بمنطقة دارفور في خرق حظر الأسلحة المفروض من قبل الأمم المتحدة وخرق القانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون حقوق الإنسان، حسب تقرير أصدره مؤخراً فريق من خبراء الأمم المتحدة.

    وجاء في التقرير أن "كل أطراف النزاع تستمر في عدم الوفاء بالتزاماتها المتعلقة بالقانون الدولي الإنساني وقانون حقوق الإنسان في المناطق الواقعة تحت سيطرتها". وأضاف أن "حركة العدالة والمساواة هي أكثر الجماعات المسلحة خرقاً لحظر السلاح بسبب تكرار هجماتها".

    وقد رفض السودان التقرير مشيراً إلى أنه سيطالب مجلس الأمن بإنهاء مهمة الفريق. كما نقلت تقارير إخبارية عن السفير السوداني لدى الأمم المتحدة، عبد المحمود عبد الحليم، قوله: "لقد سئمنا من هذه اللجنة. ونحن نرفض هذا التقرير رفضاً تاماً".
