UN envoy discusses regional crises with Angola

Angolan Television quoted Essy as saying that the DRC war was spreading through the region with dramatic consequences, and that Angola was a “force that has to be taken into account for regional stability”. He noted that, as long as the war in the DRC continued, there would always be problems in neighbouring states.
