UK minister to push Congo peace

    NAIROBI

    British Secretary of State for International Development, Clare Short, starts a tour of the Great Lakes region on Monday, BBC reported. It said the minsiter plans to urge progress on the peace process currently underway in the DRC and to seef for herself the disastrous effects of the war. She will meet the Presidents of the DRC, Uganda and Rwanda.
