Peacekeeping training centre to be built

    ABIDJAN

    Benin and France have agreed to build a US $332,000 regional centre to train troops in demining and peacekeeping operations, the Panafrican News Agency (PANA) reported on Wednesday. The centre is to be based in Benin and slated to open in June 2002.
