South Africa to send observers to Zimbabwe polls

    JOHANNESBURG

    National Assembly speaker Frene Ginwala said on Wednesday that South Africa would to send a mission of parliamentarians to observe the elections in Zimbabwe.

    “It is an observer group. We will not be monitoring the elections, but we will make a report,” Ginwala told a news conference.
