Prime Minister Caetano Intchama announced on Thursday the immediate suspension of foreign travel by government officials, in a measure designed to curb public spending, Lusa reported.
"The tendency to increase service trips abroad must be countered," Lusa quoted Intchama as saying.
Necessary official travel will still have to be considered in terms of cost and benefits, a government communique said.
