Denmark grants Zambia US $140 million

    JOHANNESBURG
    Denmark has said that it will give Zambia about US $140 million in bilateral assistance over the next five years, ‘The Times’ of Zambia reported at the weekend. The money will be used to cover various programmes in health care and education as well as infrastructure development. It said Denmark had also made a US $2.2 million pledge to support privately owned media in Zambia.
