Electoral commission urged to resolve differences

The International Foundation for Electoral Systems has urged Malawi's Electoral Commission to resolve differences among its members and restore the public trust, PANA reported on Thursday. "Unless action is taken, and is seen to be effective in dealing with this matter, the commission will be unable to discharge its duties for the remainder of its four-year term," the report was quoted as saying.
