Namibia’s electoral commission has rejected demands by four opposition parties contesting the December general election that the tender for printing the country’s ballot papers be withdrawn because it had been granted to a company with alleged links to the governing Southwest Africa People’s Party (SWAPO), news reports said on Thursday.
