One killed as 200 forced to flee rebel attack

    NAIROBI
    One student was killed and two seriously injured on Thursday when rebels of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) attacked Mitandi senior secondary school in Bunyangabu, Kabarole district of western Uganda. Some 200 others were forced to flee, the attack being the second on the school, the semi-official ‘New Vision’ newspaper reported. Early last year, the rebels raided the school, killing six and abducting 40.
