Upcoming elections in November

With the US presidential elections this week, here are some other election dates to watch in November around the world, courtesy of Reuters AlertNet.

Guinea-Bissau: parliamentary – 16 Nov

India: Jammu & Kashmir, first phase of parliamentary elections - 17 Nov

India: Jammu & Kashmir, second phase of parliamentary elections - 23 Nov

Cote d'Ivoire: presidential - 30 Nov (expected to be postponed)

India: Jammu & Kashmir, third phase of parliamentary elections - 30 Nov

Guinea: parliamentary - November 2008 (to be confirmed)
