Zimbabwe is facing an electricity crisis because the power authority cannot afford to import extra power over the winter period from Mozambique and South Africa, the Johannesburg ‘Business Day’ newspaper said on Wednesday. It reported that the power authority has warned it might have to resort to peak-hour load-shedding as it struggles to meet increased demand.
