In the tiny mountain kingdom of Lesotho an estimated 18,000 children are HIV-positive, but only 1,000 are accessing the antiretroviral (ARV) drugs that can prolong their lives. The survival prospects for those not on treatment are bleak. IRIN/PlusNews looks at the challenges of scaling up the ARV rollout.
