Kenyan president sends message to Egal

Two Kenyan politicians are visiting the self-declared independent state of Somaliland, northwestern Somalia, to deliver a message from Kenyan President Daniel arap Moi. Raila Odinga, leader of the opposition National Development Party - which cooperates with the ruling party - and Mark Too, a nominated MP and prominent businessman, arrived in the Somaliland capital, Hargeysa, on Tuesday, Agence France-Presse (AFP) said. The two politicians will deliver the message to Somaliland leader, Muhammad Ibrahim Egal, AFP said.
