Tutsi party withdraws support

    NAIROBI

    The minority Tutsi party, Inkinzo, has withdrawn its support for Burundi
    President Pierre Buyoya’s government, accusing it of breaching the Arusha
    peace agreement, the BBC said on Tuesday. It quoted a statement by the
    party as saying the government had outlived its mandate and should have
    made way for a transitional administration as agreed in Arusha last
    August.
