Rebels must join peace process - Greenstock

    NAIROBI
    In an interview with the BBC, Greenstock said it was time the rebels joined the peace process. “They are the sort of people who don’t listen to communiques from the Security Council,” he said. “So it’s very important that those with influence in the region should start putting joint pressure on these factional groups to do what the Security Council is asking.”
