WFP to prepare emergency operation

    ISLAMABAD

    Meanwhile, WFP reported that it was planning an emergency operation to address the most urgent needs in drought-affected areas of Tajikistan. Current plans called for a close collaboration with the Tajikistan authorities in implementing its emergency plan, as well as the sharing of information with partner agencies via regular food coordination meetings.
