New daily

    ABIDJAN
    A new daily, ‘24 Heures’ hit the newsstands in Burkina Faso on Tuesday, AFP reported. The news agency quoted officials of the 12-page newspaper as saying that it would adopt a critical, constructive and independent stance. The new daily is published by the ‘Journal du Jeudi’ media group. There are five other dailies in Burkina, AFP reported.
