A Canadian minerals company and a Swiss firm are expected to acquire the remaining two Zambian Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) assets by the end of this month, media reports said.
First Quantum Minerals and Glencore International AG, said the reports, have won the bid for Nkana and Mufulira copper mines for which they had offered ZCCM a cash consideration of US $60 million.
