Former Zairean Prime Minister fights deportation

    JOHANNESBURG
    Former Zairean Prime Minister, Nguza Karl-i-Bond, has begun legal action against deportation from South Africa, saying he would be in danger if he had to return home. A government spokesman said he had entered the country in the early 1990’s on a visitor’s visa which had expired three years ago. News reports said that he had come to South Africa for medical treatment and was currently living in a seaside suburb of Cape Town.
