Obasanjo says US $120 million recovered

    ABIDJAN
    So far, US $120 million stolen by past military regimes had been recovered by Nigeria, Reuters quoted President Olusegun Obasanjo as saying on Wednesday. He said that another $600 million were frozen in foreign bank accounts. The recovery of billions of dollars stolen during 15 years of military rule has been one of Obasanjo’s top priorities since taking office in May.
