The Take Control Campaign Implemented in accordance with Namibia's National Strategic Plan on HIV/AIDS, the Take Control Campaign is a large-scale communication campaign using radio, television, print media, and events. Ombetja Yehinga (The Red Ribbon) Ombetja Yehinga (which means "the Red Ribbon") is an initiative to produce short films, plays, newsletters, and books by and for young people.
