Congolese President Joseph Kabila arrived in Geneva on Thursday for a two-day visit, during which he was to deliver a speech at the 57th session of the UN Human Rights Commission, Radio France Internationale (RFI) reported on Thursday. He was scheduled to meet UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Mary Robinson on Thursday afternoon. He was also expected to meet UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan and French President Jacque Chirac on Friday evening
