Another woman murdered

    ABIDJAN

    Yet another woman was found dead in Accra this week, bringing to 36 the number of women murdered in the Ghanaian capital since 1997. The 25-year-old, like most of the previous victims, was discovered naked, with her torn clothes and shoes lying nearby, the daily "Times' reported. Civil society organisations have criticized the police for its inability to end the spate of murders. The new minister of the interior, Alhaji Malik Al-Hassan, said his ministry would focus more attention on solving them.
