South African President Thabo Mbeki’s planned visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has been postponed because of logistical problems, presidential spokeswoman Tasneem Carrim was quoted as saying on Monday. “It would be easier if he left for Kinshasa from South Africa,” she said.
