Bill on desertification in the pipeline

    A 'National Arid Land Development Authority Bill' aimed at combating desertification in Nigeria is being processed by the House of Representatives, 'The Guardian' reported the Speaker, Alhaji Ghali Umar Na’Abba, as saying in the northern town of Katsina at the weekend.
